wouldn't trust soylent tbh. i remember the creator of it posting about the science behind it on tumblr before they made their own site, it used to be a concentration of everything one might need to eat, that the guy got as chemical compounds (or made, from various things)

now there's really no information as to why it's good for you, or how it replaces a full meal.
