Riku wasn't as interesting a protagonist as Sora, and while Schwi was pretty good, she didn't quite reach Shiro's heights. The art was incredible like it was in the series either. Everything looked good, especially the eyes, but it wasn't nearly as bright and colorful. There wasn't as much humor, and even the emotional moments didn't feel as powerful. That said, the movie still had its cool parts. The romance was pretty much perfect. Schwi's development throughout the movie was excellent. Seeing the plans bear fruit was pretty cool.
