He never even addresses him until Olivier laughs at his dumb notions of beauty. He asks for his name and pledges to remember it as the name of his newfound rival, so if he does know, he hid it very well. I can't imagine he has any reason to pretend not to know either. Bleublanc's quests are fine. They're extremely easy when you're following a guide, so I haven't had much reason to get annoyed by them! As a character, he's whatever. He's evil Olivier with a cool design. You know what's a really good sidequest though? The hidden one in Ruan after Chapter 1 in the hotel, where you have to solve the mystery of who assaulted someone and gather intel and talk to everyone. The guide talked about it like it was super annoying, but I loved it.
