| Omniscientless 02/26/18 11:44:11 AM #83: | I did feel rather underwhelmed by the ending post-choice. The choice itself is beautifully constructed and the whole scene is wonderful, but the pay-off isn't there. The save Chloe ending is especially disappointing; seeing AB destroyed for a few seconds as Max and Chloe drive away after we basically killed everyone we met throughout the game should generate a much stronger emotional response, but the characters don't really express it. I remember I ended up loading my save file again to make the choice to save AB because it just felt so lacking, and while it was a little better, it also didn't quite hit the mark either imo.
