The current definition for Assault Weapon (by the standards of the people creating the legislation) is any gun that houses 10 or more bullets in a single magazine, and/or is capable of semi-automatic fire.
So, in other words, all guns will be illegal, besides like...bolt action rifles, Lol. Theyre all up in arms about Assault Rifles but are going to eliminate all guns with their ignorant blanket statement of what an Assault Weapon is,

Senate Bill 260 defines an assault weapon as, "a semi-automatic firearm capable of accepting a detachable magazine with the capacity to accept ten or more cartridges, and a semi-automatic firearm with a fixed magazine with the capacity to accept ten or more cartridges.""

A semi automatic gun that takes 10 or more bullets in its clip....thats what I said, worded slightly different, and when I say worded slightly different, I dont mean some play on words thats deceivingI said the same thing, just with a word or two sequenced differently in the sentence structure.
