Also one thing that really surprised me on my first playthrough was, minor spoiler, that as an adult, the order you tackle the dungeons isn't static. I remember beating the Forest Temple and getting access to the Fire Temple and realizing I may have been able to do the Fire Temple first. I also did the child part of the Spirit Temple without really realizing I had 'started' the dungeon, then doing the Shadow Temple, then completing the Spirit Temple. I just thought that was what you were supposed to do until I found out otherwise later.
I thought that was really cool and kind of harkened back to the original and LttP, but I never see anyone praise the game for that.
Because it's unintended? But also I've seen plenty of people talk about it. ---
