Exactly. And you think somebody in that state should be able to accidentally kill innocent people? You said it yourself, they freak out and aren't aware of their actions.

Do you guys blame the cop who hid and didn't take out the shooter with his gun? And now teachers who get paid less, get trained less, are in the middle of the shootout, and are scared out of their fucking minds are going to perform better? Absolutely not.
