Do voters in Florida really want stricter gun control?

That's really up to them, not to you.

Whether you think they should want guns taken away from everybody after a school shooting is irrelevant, it's what people in Florida want that matters.

What if he voters in Florida want to be able to have ICBMs?

If they vote to bring back slavery should that be respected?

First of all, that's a Strawman.

But that won't happen.

If society comes to a point where a majority of people want to be mass murderers and slave owners there is a completely different problem.

So there is a line before the majority wants to become murderers

but the majority should get whatever they want even when minors are being killed on a regular basis? Legislators should just do nothing regarding the staggering number of guns out there in the US?

Whether there is a "staggering" amount of guns in the U.S. is really an opinion.

Like I said, what matters is what people in Florida want. It's not right for people who don't live there to decide right and wrong for them and dictate how they should be allowed to live.
