I think of that case as so short; I breezed through it in an hour the last time I played. I guess you're counting optional stuff and there's a lot of it compared to non-investigative cases, but still, I wasn't expecting it to be significantly longer than 3-4. I object to the claim that the ending of 1-2 overhated.
