I haven't seen the movie yet, but is him seeing his dad in the spirit world that much different than Thor seeing Odin's ghost or Tony watching his VR parents? This. Or Loki finding out he's the child of an opposing faction whose father was killed by Odin in battle and taken back to asgard to be raised by said family. Or Tony having to fight Steve. Or Steve choosing to defend a friend who involuntarily killed another friends parents. I mean, there are quite a few deep moments in these marvel movies.
