Are gun deaths statistically irrelevant now?

For the most part. I'd characterize is it more as a fear of guns is irrational.

Also rights in a free country where the constitution is able to be legislated and amended are quite fluid. Its only a right because of an amendment the same way it could pretty quickly not be a right with another amendment.

OK. Get that amendment passed and I will work as your slave for the rest of my life.

I don't believe gun ownership is a "right."

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

I mean you're definitely wrong but even if you weren't it doesn't change the argument.

I'm confused on what your argument is. Gun control and gun banning are both equal to a travel ban?

I don't really have an argument. Just pointing out that they're both ham fisted attempts to protect people from irrational onal fears.

Doesn't look like an irrational fear to me.

Disclaimer: I'm not American.

It effects a very tiny % of people. Murder makes up an even smaller % and if you're not in a gang even tinier.
