No the arguement is why should law abiding citizens have more of their rights stripped away when criminals who dont follow the law to begin with will not be effected. Make policy that targets criminals, criminal activities, and is not fucking over the good people. Which is exactly why we should remove the licensing of cars. Innocent people can sometimes not afford the fees or to get a car to get their license, but are punished and unable to buy a car without a license. Meanwhile, criminals continue to drive without licenses and doing whatever they want. Car licensing is unconstitutional and it only takes law-abiding citizens off the road.
