The Second Amendment isnt going anywhere. OMG ban gunz! Is and always will be a losing argument.

Gun *control* =/= "OMG ban gunz"

What gun control legislation would have prevented this past shooting?

Let's see. Ban on assault rifles. Ban on most semi-automatics probably which has already been proven to work

What's your strategy to stop mass shootings at schools in the future besides doing absolutely nothing other than complain about those that are actually trying to save children from being butchered? I'd love to hear your response

Assault weapons ban showed no effect on crime rates hence why it was never reenacted.

Crime rates... Not this one persons "6 or more people massacres" idea that they came up with. Furthermore the idea that 300 million people should be stripped of their rights over such a tiny number is ridiculous.

What merits it being a right? Second amendment aside, what argument is there to say that access to a firearm with immense destructive power even for a gun is a right?

On a related note, do you think universal healthcare is a right?
