kind9 02/17/18 7:20:34 AM #2:	Maybe you can still boot in safe mode? Try tapping F8 right after the BIOS/logo screen goes away. Sometimes it's shift+F8. It should bring up a menu where you can choose safe mode. If it's really the boot loader then yeah you probably need that Windows disc.
