Topic	The assisted living community down the street is hiring a driver. i might apply

And for the fact that it's the actually assisted living community instead. As for the CDL, I know you said it doesn't require one, but I know the test has change in the past couple of years. Including a ridiculous walk around... even for a vehicle you probably won't drive... and about things you wouldn't need to know about...
