Pick body parts you want to work on. Cardio is a good start, but you have to get schedule down. Bi's and Tri's one day, Chest and back, legs and abs,etc... Get a plan going because you're going to get sore. You can't do the same shit every day.


First advice is great second ehhhh. Starting strength and build some a good core (as in your whole body, not just abs) strength through that program. Skip power cleans and do rows. If you look then program up youll know what I mean. Find a gym buddy too. Dont start out with a body part split. It stunts initial strength gain. Big recipe for failure. You want to build a core strength first then you work your way to definition.
