Topic	Looking for a ladies perspective: How many pads do you go through a month?

Now, I'm for hygiene in general - even the men should be allowed all the free pads they want. What I want to know, though, is 12 a month actually a fair and balanced number for a prisoner? --- "Salt cures Everything!"
