Plus the time it takes to put in the order. So about the same amount of time interacting with the customers as if they sat down, minus drinks. When they're waiting on tables they're actually tending to a customer. When they're doing takeout all they're doing is handing a bag over and saying bye. It's absolutely not the same thing. One is around an hour of time invested with a customer, the other is maybe 5 minutes at the most.
