It's good at causing status effects and little else. I'd forgotten how awful it is. I wanted to use it because of how adorable it is but it doesn't even get one good move unless you hunt down the TMs for it, and even then, damn. --- This signature won't change until Chrono Trigger gets a re-release on a modern Nintendo console. ...
