That's funny. Mine is exactly the same as yours and nowhere will give me a credit card. Not even fucking Wal-Mart.
If that's true, you have something else going on with your history. Major banks will give out secured cards if you have no credit history.
Banks tell me that's only true if you've been with them for a long time. This is an ongoing issue. I moved to Canada about 2 years ago and built up SOME credit here, but no one will give me a personal credit card for some reason. Which is fucking bizarre, they gave me a fucking business credit card with no problems, but apparently using that doesn't actually build up my personal credit.
You should try applying for the amazon credit card. Super easy to get and its a pretty legit card.
