Trying to read up on it, but what's a really egregious use? trying to load pre-paid reloadable debit cards, with gift cards, and the method that's "accepted" literally has this in it "Train your Walmart Employee." literally grooming a person just so they can let you break the terms and agreements with your card holders so you can reload a debit card with a giftcard, then pay off your credit card with that, then use the credit card to buy another gift card, repeat. ...
