I like CDs because I'll still be able to listen to them on my phone(I have an iPhone) even when my Apple Music Subscription doesn't work. Like if I run out of money...

Please clarify what you mean by this. With CDs you already own said music. With Apple Music you're just borrowing/streaming said music until it no longer works (i.e. no reception, no money, etc). Do you mean you like to actually own the music instead of streaming it?

Yeah I'm just saying it's sad that musicians put years into their craft for people who basically just get it for free now.

Are you referring to pirating or actual streaming services? Of course with pirating folks are getting it for free but even with streaming I do feel the profit they're getting is next to nil.

I do wonder how some musicians feels when fans selectively choose which song to purchase out of an album instead of the entire thing. Out of most albums/soundtracks, some I like the entire selection while for some I might only like two or three songs.
