They are toxic people that blame everyone but themselves for their loneliness. The first rule of biochemistry is that toxicity can be neither created nor destroyed, only change shape when moved into different vessels. If they are toxic it is because they have been manipulated and molded into such a state, and in order to cure them their concerns must be heard. Their concern is they can't get laid, and make no attempt to better themselves in any way to do it, instead blaming women for having no interest in them, and hating on other men who do get laid.
