It is true I did not 'out' Kana, though. Everyone was aware that Kana, previously microx, was trans a good year or so beforehand. During that meltdown I called her a bloke and generally dismissed her being transgender, if I remember correctly. She is right in saying that nobody is obligated to forgive me or welcome me back, but I'm hoping that people realise I was going through a rough patch which I regret and that my apologies were sincere.

If not, fair enough. I'm not owed anything.

No one owes you forgiveness you have that right. And PM is not going to be the best way.

Apologies involve addressing specific actions and why they are wrong rather than the general sorry I was mean. Yes you said sorry for being rude but didn't really get into the how you were rude.

I'm glad you got help through therapy. Perhaps you can talk with your therapist about proper ways to make amends.
