Topic	Is being yourself actually good advice?

Not necessarily to ignore your flaws and refuse to change anything, but just be true to yourself and don't pretend to be something you're not. Improving yourself to change and actually be a certain way is a different thing from just pretending to be that way, if that makes sense.
