But for those that can stomach it, it's one of the best adventure games I have ever played and the world is still one of the best that I have ever seen. Everyone, including NPCs, have their own schedules and do their own things and there is something new to see every playthrough. There aren't too many worlds in video games that feel alive as much as the one in Shenmue 1 does, not even Shenmue 2. Shame most people who missed out on it won't give it chance because they were told by Giant Bomb to not play it. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
