This is standard practice, not news. if this is standard practice than our country is in serious trouble. our cops are insane. european cops don't do this it was about a dog but this reminds of a story from seattle where some cops were trying to get a dog out from under a car. it wasn't even hurting anyone. it just got out of it's yard while the owner was at work and some kids were bothering it so it hid under a car and the cops were called cause a neighbor was worried. they wanted to HELP the dog. but when the cops came, they couldn't get it out from under the car and finally it is caught on audio tape a cop saying "whatever. just shoot it" followed by BANG and then "lol niiiiiiiiice" it was really evil ...
