You can join the Champions Covenant, at least I think thats what its called, to farm stuff. The enemies are tougher while youre with this guild but they respawn infinitely, even ones you previously eliminated. Also if you run out of effigies, you can regain your humanity by being summoned to help others. Outside a boss room is pretty quick, youll usually get your humanity restored after a try or two. is that also a way to farm souls or not really? I always found the quickest way to farm souls is to be summoned for bosses over and over. You get a pretty big chunk for each success.
