At any rate, I'm not sure you understand how this works, but usually when you throw a young creature who can't swim into a large body of water far from shore, they tend to drown. Keep in mind the number of kids who drown after falling into pools each year. Murder is a legal term and never applies to animals. Also I never said it isn't possible.
