Its because they have been legal for so long. Hell, for long time no one took them seriously at all. You can thank all soulless fucks who work in the industry. If smoking were made illegal there would HUGE increase in crime everywhere, and strikes and what not. Hell, those sick fucks who work in the industry haven't made or tried to do a damn thing to at least make them less toxic, they have actually made cigs WAY MORE toxic by adding thousands of flavors and things that make them burn slower, which many are causing cancer.

Even though i am a smoker, i have never smoked when there's kids on the buss stop or when there's mother with a baby. If one appears i put the cig out. I don't know how many smokers are as considerate as i am, but i don't want to poison anyone else. ---
