Cuz while plenty of individual cases are unique, dogs and cats generally offer different kinds of pet experiences, which match up with two opposing human personality archetypes. It's hard to like both much in the same way it's hard to be both an extrovert and an introvert. This is a load of horse shit. There is nothing inherently introverted or extroverted about owning either pet, nor anything about those traits that draws people to one or the other.
