Peterson was seen sobbing uncontrollably as he was officially sentenced to 15 YEARS in Prison as he made a last ditch effort for leniency!!. 15 y/o Deserae Turner was shot in the head by the teen and 17 y/o Jayzon Decker last year after she had allegedly "annoyed" them with flirty text messages while the boys were playing XBOX and talked about murdering her and getting away with it. She was texting Jayzon whom she had a crush on and while the boys were on XBOX Live, they planned out their murder that same night before luring her to a location and shot her in the head and left her to die. Deserae miracuously survived and was able to identify her shooters Deserae was in court today where she said to him "You shouldn't have messed with me, because i am tougher than a bullet. Welcome to hell. I have been here for a year now There are times i wish i could give the gun back to Colter and tell him to try again and put me out of my misery".. Colter wiped away his tears as he heard her testimony and said he was extremely sorry for the attempted murder when he made the shot. Deserae said she considered him a friend when she used to do karate, ride horses and play the saxophone. Now she struggles to walk, dress herself and function through seizures along with headaches. His attorney said Colter is NOT a monster but was depressed and gave into peer pressure.
