Can't remember exactly which one it is. But to get every card (in a speed run) takes hundreds of hours. Nope. I was wrong. It's over 100 hours (God, that guy must have had GOD LUCK, the high rarity cards are 1/1024 drops....) So Baten Kaitos i guess is technically the longest, but as has been pointed out... most of that is dead time.
