TopicFor those who have played both, how does Monster Hunter World compared to 4U?

I put hundreds of hours into MH4U, got above HR 300 and regularly farmed LV140+ guild quests. World is definitely a big improvement imo, it almost feels like you're experiencing everything again for the first time. The maps are huge and crawling with items and monsters, having one seamless map instead of smaller individual zones feels way better. Monsters themselves feel like they are truly part of the environment. All the weapons were rebalanced and given some new tools or utility, in one form or another. Farming materials to craft equipment doesn't feel like a chore anymore, espcially for rare drops like plates or rubies, but they don't feel harder to get as well, if that makes sense. Like say if you kill a monster about 3 or 4 times, that's generally enough to make all 5 armor pieces. Unlimited whetstones and pickaxes is a well appreciated QoL improvemrnt, as well as being able to move while using consumable items like potions, berries, etc.
