I've been waiting for prices to stagnate for over 3 years so I could buy a house, reno it, and live in the basement while renting out the rest, but a house on a single income was proving more and more impossible, so I bit the bullet. I'm going to only be eating black beans and rice for a few years now. Wish me luck. --- I love the Power Glove.
