I can't even practically independently verify the cash value of my mountains of pennies. I'd have to hire someone to store my money, hire someone to count my money, and then convince someone to take it and deposit its value to turn it into useful currency. It'd be better used as a super power. Dropping tons of pennies on things. Levies broke? A wall of pennies. Some guy stole your phone? Drop a bag of pennies on him. --- Whatever happened to standards?
