I mean, this was the culture that centuries ago had Seppuku as a wonderful honorable thing to do if you shamed your lord. So these guys working 20 hour days and sleeping under their cubical for 13 days straight, 1 day off, 13 days straight, 1 day off and barely seeing their family for months... and then their video game or product fails miserably? They failed their family name by being so horribly unsuccessful and kill themselves to hide the shame and leave the stress. I wish I was joking. --- Ever since the day you left, my fate's been set unknown... How many years to walk this path alone? [...] So why'd you close your eyes... why can't I shut mine? ...
