These bakers have religious freedom. And they don't appreciate it.
They live in a great country. They are free to believe what they want. They are free to read what they want, pray how they want to, attend a church of choice, even build their own church. Most people in the world are not so lucky.

If they are ever in danger, police/firemen/paramedics will come to their aid. Without refusing them for their skin colour, gender or political views.
If they are hungry they can buy any food they want wherever they want. Without being rejected based on their hair color or on their choice of partner in life.

I have a really hard time understanding why people who live in a system like that can be hateful and start discriminating other people based on how they were born or on their life choices.
I mean, I don't want to marry a guy, but if some other guy does, then who am I to refuse him his happiness? I don't want to be forced in my choices, so why should I force other people?

These bakers are making a mockery of "religious freedom". They were just asked to bake a cake and not be discriminatory about it. If you start allowing discrimination for simple things (like refusing to sell a cake) then it'll start to turn ugly really quick. First the guy couple is refused a cake, a bit later they're refused food and drinks in lots of shops. And after the gay couple it's other groups turn. No cake and good food for people with the wrong religion etc. That path can only lead to hatred and apartheid.
