In this world, the Aldmeri Dominion, an elven gig, is the real dire threat and the Empire isn't so terrible -- it just does a poor job respecting various cultural aspects for the Nords of Skyrim. It's unlike me to ever want to proxy into any story as someone who isn't part of the scrappy rebel side, be it a game, book, show, movie, you name it, but man, Skyrim made me cave. --- "Piece of cake!"
