I find the end of 3-5 underwhelming as well but it's not because we know Godot is the killer, but because the whole thing is pointless. Godot likes Maya and doesn't actually want her to go to prison or evade justice himself; he just wants Phoenix to prove he's a Real Man or some similar nonsense. Godot's also the killer, but not the villain, so there's not much satisfying about proving he did it; the real climax of the case was proving to Dahlia she had failed and literally sending her to hell.

Phantom confrontation could be better in the specifics but I'm still a pretty big fan overall because Phantom's a compelling antagonist and is a great presence on the stand. Wish some of the specifics you were nailing him for were better but so it goes.

Really the only final AA confrontation I'm 100% happy with is AAI2's, which is weird because it's one of my least favourite final cases overall. The confrontation is just perfect, though: a strong personality, high stakes, some great humour, and not too long.
