As for the rest, I'm sure there are plenty of people who would recognise her, but I still maintain those would be fans of the series, and if you asked them to name certain characters by voice alone Juri wouldn't be a common pick simply due to how (relatively) obscure the character herself is.
I'm pretty sure it's just 4, 5, and SFxT.

I just wouldn't describe her as obscure. Someone like Skullmania is obscure.
That's why I said relatively. No one's going to name her before the likes of Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li, Guile, Bison, Dhalsim, Zangief, etc.
Also, checked the Wiki. She's been in SF4, SF5, SFxT, both Project X's, a Street Fighter 4 OVA and the UDON comics. So I'll admit, maybe she's had more exposure than I originally thought.
Yeah, hence why I disagree that no would drop her name. She's one of the most popular characters in the series right now and Street Fighters itself is a really popular series in gaming in general. Lots of casual fans or people who don't necessarily play the games but know of its existence know who she is at this point. ---
