As for the rest, I'm sure there are plenty of people who would recognise her, but I still maintain those would be fans of the series, and if you asked them to name certain characters by voice alone Juri wouldn't be a common pick simply due to how (relatively) obscure the character herself is.
I'm pretty sure it's just 4, 5, and SFxT.

I just wouldn't describe her as obscure. Someone like Skullmania is obscure.
That's why I said relatively. No one's going to name her before the likes of Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li, Guile, Bison, Dhalsim, Zangief, etc.
Also, checked the Wiki. She's been in SF4, SF5, SFxT, both Project X's, a Street Fighter 4 OVA and the UDON comics. So I'll admit, maybe she's had more exposure than I originally thought. ---
