Something being good doesn't make it iconic. I disagree when you say that people would instantly recognise Juri's voice because, in the grand scheme of things, she's a pretty obscure character. The people who would recognise her voice would be the kind of people who know the series, and they'd recognise plenty of other voices.

I really have to disagree with the bolded part. She's one of the most popular characters in the series (which is impressive considering that she's new compared to a bunch of other characters) and Street Fighter itself is a huge series and possibly the most well known fighting game series around.

Initially, I said she have one of the most iconic voices in Street Fighters, and that I would argue that her voice is well known outside of the series. On that note, of course people who know the series would know her. Juri also have an advantage in that her voice have always been consistent unlike most (if not, all) of the other characters changed actors while she's had the same English actress in every single game she's appeared in.
