I will always want evidence. there is no perfect solution unfortunately. but i've seen what false accusations can do to people. hell i've even seen a case of someone going off the deep end with the warped logic of "if i'm going to wear the name I might as well play the game" and start doing what they had been accused of. logic being that if they were going to go down for it, might as well be guilty. that particular case though wasn't anything of a sexual nature though, but still criminal --- Cid- "looks like that overgrown lobster just got served!"
