The Palestinians are the aggressors in this conflict and people seem to think that the Israelis should just roll over and take it as opposed to taking defensive action. Hundreds of thousands of Palestinian civilians were forcibly evicted from lands they legally owned and to this day have been barred from returning. Famously (thanks to them being used as code names in the Munich Massacre), two Christian villages were promised the right of return (ruled by Israel's Supreme Court), only to be denied by the Israeli military. Famously, the Israelis waited until the villagers were returning (on Christmas day, if memory serves) and were in sight of the village before launching an artillery barrage that basically flattened every single building in the village while the villagers looked on. And this is before getting into the fact that Israel has settled or is settling lands that do not legally belong to them. To simplify this down as one side being "aggressors" and the other being defenceless victims is overidealistic bullshit. --- Kill 1 man: You are a murderer. Kill 10 men: You are a monster.
