Play, summon as needed on good banners and hope for the best, versus stressing over 7* since there are less good banners now on average unless they introduce new stuff. They are not going to appear until around late summer 2018 anyway, so at that point you can plan and see who you should upgrade based on what you got, since Gumi will most likely change some things up.
