It's that way with a lot of people in general unfortunately. I see it with girls and other races too. A big reason I left my ex is because her parents were racist af. A lot of times it's a mentality instilled at a young age. I'm grateful she broke that mold but without being independent, she was still stuck abiding by their agenda. I've seen it multiple times.
