And that's exactly what Trump has done, by not only saying that news outlets that report on him negatively can be refereed to as fake news. He is also encouraging anyone to just dismiss what they see as fake if they don't like it. Even if it becomes unbearable to watch which is when your gut instinct kicks in and wants to believe it's fake so that you feel better about yourself being subjected to watching that. Therefore.
