Trying to play on PC was a joke, and I'm not interested in modding my 3DS. if you can't get it running I highly recommend dowolf's YouTube LP of it I watched that first before I ever played the fan translation they use in the patch, and it's really good. He doesn't use the same names as the fan translation though. I guess I've already had the experience of having to get used to a new set of names with AAI2, so what's one more time...! --- ...
