Some stupid card game company bought property (that they never intended on actually using) on the border solely to prevent the wall being built in that spot. If, for whatever (unlikely) reason that the Federal Government doesn't build the wall around it, or simply seize that property, they will be forced to pay millions in damages on a monthly basis.
